Terms and Conditions for AIS Smart Life Service

Welcome and thank you for the registration of AIS Smart Life Service

AIS Smart Life Service means a service which will brings convenience, home safety and home security to users. With AIS Smart Life App, you can remotely control various IoT devices e.g. smart lighting, camera, home appliances, etc. from anywhere anytime.

(1) Subscriber means a subscriber of AIS Smart Life Service including the person who uses Username and Password of the subscriber to perform electronic transactions in AIS Smart Life Service System.

(2) Consent Giver means an owner or the possessor of the property or the user of the Device which is installed in the property and connected with AIS Smart Life Service System under this Terms and Conditions.

(3) Username means alphabets, characters, number, sound or any other symbols of Subscriber’s profile which Subscriber and AIS Smart Life Service System have created in electronic form for Subscriber identity when access to perform electronic transactions in AIS Smart Life Service System.

(4) Password means alphabets, characters, number, sound or any other symbols of Subscriber’s profile created by AIS Smart Life Service System and recreated by Subscriber in electronic form to use for showing the Username relation of such Subscriber and authenticate for electronic transactions in AIS Smart Life Service System that Subscriber has performed such transactions by his/herself.

(5) Subscriber confirmed that the Consent Giver acknowledges the application of Subscriber’s AIS Smart Life Service under these Terms and Conditions, and the Consent Giver consents Subscriber to disclose the device data such as serial number, IoT number, or mobile phone number, brand/model, stored photo including Smart devices usage information such as security system enable/disable info, captured photo in order for AWN to process such information to make device operate most effectively and functionally. As well as, to provide service or the benefits of the Consent Giver during the period of using AIS Smart Life Service under this Terms and Conditions without being regarded as committing an infringement of the rights of Consent Giver privacy.

(6) Subscriber hereby agrees to use AIS Smart Life Service for private use only, and Subscriber shall neither provide this service to other persons for commercial purposes, nor use for the purposes other than that it is designed for, or in any way which may against any applicable law, public order or good morals.

(7) Subscriber hereby agrees to use AIS Smart Life Service to comply with this Terms and Conditions and the applicable law. If there are any claims for the infringement related to personal data, rights of privacy including copyrights or intellectual property rights by any persons, Subscriber shall use the best efforts to settle such claims immediately. If Subscriber fails to fulfill such obligation that AWN is held to be liable for any damages to any person for such infringement, Subscriber shall indemnify AWN for all damages and all expenses incurred including the legal costs as the case may be on behalf of AWN within thirty (30) days upon receipt of notification from AWN.

(8) In no event shall AWN (through any of its Affiliates) accept liability for any infringement of any person right or resulting from Subscriber’s use of this AIS Smart Life Service.

(9) AWN and its Affiliates shall not responsible for any damage, loss in any forms, whether directly, indirectly, as a result of using, including not using AIS Smart Life Service and/or any device used for providing services under this Terms and Conditions.

(10) In the event of Subscriber has used AIS Smart Life Service for illegal purpose or in violation of this Terms and Conditions or breach of payment of fees or AIS Smart Life Service charge of the Device under this Terms and Conditions, AWN shall be entitled to suspend and/or terminate AIS Smart Life Service forthwith and claim for damages and all expenses incurred thereon from Subscriber and Subscriber shall be responsible for both civil and criminal offences.

(11) If there are any amendment to condition of this Terms and Conditions for AIS Smart Life Service, Subscriber will receive letters, documents or computer data via AIS Smart Life Service system as the case may be, and it shall be deemed that all such letters, documents or computer data are the integral parts of this Terms and Conditions and Subscriber agrees to accept such Terms and Conditions in all respects.

(12) Should any of this Terms and Conditions be considered invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that those Terms and Conditions are void only to the extent of those being invalid or unenforceable without affecting the other Terms and Conditions which shall still be in full force and effect.

(13) Subscriber agrees and consent AWN to process Subscriber’s data for the benefits of the provision of this service or the benefits of Subscriber.

Please thoroughly read and understand this Terms and Conditions of AIS Smart Life Service. Upon having registered for the use of AIS Smart Life Service according to the prescribed process by AWN, you shall be deemed to accept the conditions as prescribed in above Terms and Conditions in all respects. If you do not accept this Terms and Conditions, please refuse to register for the use of this AIS Smart Life Service.
