additional functions provided
In order to provide you with more convenient and better quality products and/or services, and strive to improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of Denver Smart Home's basic services, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by these additional services. These additional services include:
1) Additional services based on location information:
When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information so that you can use Denver Smart Home to configure the network with your smart device. And when you use our specific products or services (such as weather services), we may collect real-time accurate or inaccurate geographic location information about you. Based on your consent, when you enable geofencing on the app, the app will generate information about your location and share it with the Google map service. Due to strict data protection measures, please refer to the Google Data Protection Policy for more instructions on protecting your personal data: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprservices/. You can turn off the location service in the system of your mobile device to stop our collection of your location information.
2) Additional services based on camera/camera:
You can use this function to scan the code after turning on the camera/camera permission to add the equipment you purchased, take video and other functions. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable the camera/camera permission, we will only obtain information when you actively use the camera/camera for scanning codes, shooting, etc.
3) Additional services for accessing and uploading pictures/videos based on albums (picture library/video library):
You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos after turning on the album permission, so as to realize functions such as changing the avatar, reporting equipment usage problems and providing proof. When you use the avatar and other functions, we will not recognize this information; but when you report a device usage problem, we may use the photos/pictures you upload to locate your problem.
4) Additional services related to microphone-based voice technology:
You can use the microphone to implement voice functions after turning on the microphone permission, such as shooting videos, waking up the voice assistant, etc. In these functions, we will collect your voice information to recognize your command needs. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the App or record a video.
5) Additional services based on address book information:
We will collect your address book information after you turn on the address book permission. For example, you authorize the App to receive or actively make calls without manual input. At this time, we collect your address book information with your authorization .
6) Additional services based on SMS:
After you turn on the SMS permission, we will collect your SMS information for you to read the information directly on the App.
7) Additional services based on call records:
When you authorize the call log to be turned on, you are deemed to agree to read the call log via the App
8) Additional services based on incoming call information:
When you authorize to enable the incoming call function, you can receive/hang up the incoming call function through the corresponding function.
9) Additional services based on calendar:
After you enable our permission to read/write your calendar, we will collect your calendar information to provide you with important time-related records and reminders.
10) Additional services based on storage permissions:
We apply to you for this permission, the purpose is to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you enable our permission to read/write your device storage, we will read or write pictures, files, crash log information and other necessary information from your device storage space to provide you with information release Or record the crash log information locally.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable your location information (location), camera (camera), photo album (picture library), microphone (voice), address book, calendar and/or phone in your device State access rights to achieve the collection and use of information involved in these rights. Basic information of smart devices: When you use smart devices connected to our products or services, we may collect basic information about smart devices, such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade information Wait.
