You have chosen our ELESION hardware and you will therefore start using the ELESION software with all its functionalities. Any information that you communicate to us (for example for the creation of an ELESION account) will help us to offer you services related to your ELESION device and to improve them to make them even more effective. Here we detail our methods of collecting and using information and how we protect your personal data. In this Privacy Policy, "personal data" means information that can be used to identify a person, either from that information alone, or from that information and other information about that person that we have access to. .

1.Information relating to the ELESION account

2.Information relating to the user's mobile phone
The model of your mobile terminal, your operating system, the unique identifier of the device, the IP address, the version of the ELESION software, the type of access, the model of your domestic connected device, etc. will be collected to enable you to receive PUSH messages. This is essential basic information that we must collect from you.
3.Information relating to connected devices
All information relating to connected devices will be collected so that you can control them remotely via an application.
4.Images / Videos
The images or videos acquired by your camera are collected and used to provide you with a mobile surveillance and alarm service.
5.Feedback
Do not hesitate to send us your comments and suggestions at any time. They will allow us to resolve your device problems or failures as quickly as possible.
6.Infrared
information Information from your infrared remote control is collected so that you can use the application to control other infrared devices.
7.User scenario
While you are using features such as scenario, automation, etc., we collect your configuration information which allows us to offer you an intelligent scenario service.
8.Body mass data
If you use the smart body fat calculation, your body data such as your height, weight, fat proportion, muscle proportion and BMI will be collected.
