3. Scope of service
1. Conectoz grants you the right to use the product based on this software.

You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, issue the product in any form or use the product for any other commercial purpose. 3.2 Due to limitations in the software and platform adaptation platform, you may only use licensed software on the platform and terminal of the authorized system; Installing the licensed software on other terminal equipment may damage its hardware or software function.
3. You acknowledge that licensed software may only be used for non-commercial purposes and the installation, application and execution of licensed software is prohibited. If such commercial operation is required, prior written permission and permission from Conectoz will be obtained.
4. Conectoz may change, update or transfer the licensed software or relevant features from time to time, and may add new features or services to the licensed software system. If no separate agreement is accompanied by such new functions or services, you are entitled to the corresponding functions and services, which are also subject to the Agreement.
5. You will be responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness and legality of incoming data and the legality of the way you obtain data, and will back up data and information from time to time. You must bear all risk of damage and loss of such information.
6. You must keep your account number and password properly. In the event of any security breach for your account (including, but not limited to, user password disclosure), you must notify Conectoz in time, and Conectoz will assist you in taking relevant action. Otherwise, all behaviors related to your account will be assumed by you and you will assume all responsibilities. **

3. You acknowledge that Conectoz cannot guarantee that licensed software will always use or contain such services, or that other software provided by the same third party will be used in the future. 5. Service Application Standard

3. Automatically use the product, causing server overload, or interfering with or damaging the web server and network links in other ways.
4. Attempting to visit server data or product communication data without authorization;
5. Interfer or impair the production application by other users.
2. You understand and agree that:
1. Conctoz will determine whether or not it is involved in the violation of the above rules, and suspend or terminate your application license in accordance with the results of the determination or take other restrictions under the agreements.
2. Conectoz will directly delete information that violates the law, or infringes the legal rights of third parties, or violates the Agreement issued by you when using the licensed software.
3. If a third party is harmed by your breach of the app's rules, you must independently assume legal liability on your behalf, and protect and indemnify Conectoz from further loss or expense arising from it. Otherwise, Conectoz has the right to claim compensation.
4. If Conectoz suffers any loss due to its breach of the relevant laws or the Agreement, it shall compensate Conectoz for losses and (or) expenses generated from it.
6. Information content standard
1. Promises that you will not perform any act in violation of laws or improper behavior while using the service, such act and behavior includes (but is not limited to):
1. Upload, transfer or share information containing one of the following:

8. Exception Clauses

Unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations, Conectoz will do its best to ensure the security, validity, accuracy and reliability of licensed software and the technologies and information involved, but Conectoz cannot guarantee the same due to the restriction of available technologies. currently.
2. Believes that Conectoz will not assume responsibility for direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure and default of third parties.

4. Any other software derived from licensed software not developed and released by Conectoz or the development and release not granted by Conectoz is illegal software. Downloading, installing and using this software may cause unpredictable risks. Conectoz will be free of legal liability and disputes arising therefrom and Conectoz will have the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment license and / or other services.
5. You have been informed that use of the Conectoz Platform involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors on all links. Although Conectoz has taken safeguard measures, service may be suspended, terminated, postponed, suffered from application restriction or application failure due to defects inherent to the Internet and electronic communication, and factors beyond the reasonable control of any party. 9. Termination of Contract and Breach of Contract

You must understand that you must use the licensed software within the scope of authorization, respect the intellectual property of the software and the content contained in the software, and perform the obligations under the Agreement when using Conectoz services. Conectoz will terminate the application license if it is in material breach of the Agreement.
2. Your application of the software depends on the support services provided by Conectoz related companies. Violation of the terms, agreements, rules, announcements and other relevant regulations of Conectoz and its related companies may cause normal use of the licensed software to fail; In this case, Conectoz will have the right to terminate the license of the application or take steps to restrict your request, license or other rights and interests controlled by Conectoz as agreed in the Agreement, including suspension or termination of your enrollment license.
3. In the event of a breach of the Agreement or other agreements signed with Conectoz, Conectoz will have the right to notify related companies, require them to take action restrictive of their rights and interests, including requiring related companies to suspend or cease to supply part. or entire services to you, and legally advertise your breach of contract on websites that are actually executed or controlled by them.
4. The licensed software is downloaded from the download platform and must comply with the download platform, system platform, and terminal fabrication stipulations in the application forms and restrictions of the licensed software. If the third party mentioned above confirms that you are in breach of the agreement and Conectoz's treatment is required, Conectoz may terminate your application license at the request of a third party.
5. When the application license terminates, you must stop using the licensed software and destroy all copies.
6. You shall assume all liability for compensation if Conectoz and other users suffer losses caused by your breach of the terms of the Agreement.
