After the product is developed, how can I use the Tuya Cloud Test App or do I test it myself?
Method 1: Test by the Tuya Cloud Test app
  1. Go to the Smart Products.
  2. Select a product for test and click Entering to Develop.
  3. Click Test Service.
  4. Complete the product test by the Tuya Cloud Test app and generate a detailed report. For more information about the test process, see Tuya Cloud Test App.
  5. Select a test report of Depth test with a passing rate of 100% and submit.
Method 2: Test by yourself
  1. Go to the Smart Products.
  2. Select a product for test and click Entering to Develop.
  3. Click Test Service.
  4. The following process guide indicates that the Tuya Cloud Test app is unavailable for this product. You need to download the Tuya use case and complete the test after screening.
  5. Click Download to select a proper use case for the product category, and complete the test as per the prompts.
  6. Click Upload the report, select the test result, and click Confirm to submit the report.

Method 3: Purchase Tuya testing service
  1. Purchase Tuya testing service.
  2. Service type: Tuya public version product test.
  3. Service fee: USD 400 per day, the specific fee is quoted according to the day required for the test.
  4. Test content: including one round of full test, two rounds of acceptance test for problem repair, totaling three rounds. After three rounds of testing, if you still need to increase the number of testing rounds to complete, you need to place an order again to purchase the "Tuya Test" service.
  5. After payment for the service and Tuya receives the samples and confirms that the sample information is correct, Tuya will start to implement the service content. The end of service is divided into the following situations:
(1) The test result is "passed" and the service is completed;
(2) The test result is "Fail", you can choose whether to fix the problem and proceed to the next round of retest:
① If retest is not required, the service will be completed;
② If you need to retest, after you fix the problem, Tuya will conduct the next round of retest for you after receiving the repair sample.
③ If the total number of testing rounds reaches three rounds, this testing service ends. If you still need to test, please re-purchase this service.
