Why can't I log in to the app by using the IoT Platform account?
As of March 5, 2020, the Tuya IoT account (including IoT platform and Tuya Developer App) and the App console account (including Tuya Smart App and Smart Life App) are independent accounts and can be managed independently.
  1. Accounts registered on the Tuya IoT platform or App control terminal before March 5, 2020, and performing password modification operations on the IoT platform or App terminal after March 5, 2020 will not affect the login use of the corresponding terminal.
  2. After March 5, 2020, the Tuya IoT platform and the App console need to register accounts separately to ensure their normal use. For example: if you complete account registration on the IoT platform, when you need to use the Tuya App console, you need to register a new account.
