Preface
Neabot Company is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell data as our customers always come first, and we will never violate their trust by selling or misusing customer-related data, including data collected by our connected products.
This Privacy Policy explains how information about you or associated with you (“personal information”) is collected, used and disclosed by Neabot. Neabot Home App is an online application which provides support for Neabot robot vacuum. Before using the App, please read and understand this privacy policy carefully. Once you start using the Neabot Home App, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to this policy, and allow us to collect, use, store and share your relevant information in accordance with this privacy policy.

How do we collect and use your information ?
The categories of information we collect are as follows:
(1) Information you provide
• We collect and store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, user name and password when you register for a Neabot Home App account.This information is collected to help you complete the account registration and protect your account security. We may also collect personal information when you send us an email, or provide us with comments, chat messages and opinions through the app.
(2) Robot and App usage data
• When you register your Robot with the online App, we collect information about the Robot, such as a Robot name and device number, and information about the Robot and/or App usage, (e.g. how long did it clean, how far did it go, did it encounter any error codes, is it functioning correctly)
How do we use your information ?
• Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations, we may anonymize, aggregate, desensitize, and encrypt your personal information to form statistical information or user portraits (but the portraits cannot identify any individual users), and display and push for you Related services, products or features. If we use information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance.
How do we store your personal information?
• We only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of this policy and the time limit required by laws and regulations. We will implement in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and relevant regulatory authorities. We will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected, such as anonymization, encrypted storage, etc.
• If we stop operating the products or services of the Neabot Home App, we will stop the collection of your personal information in a timely manner, notify you of the suspension of the operation in the form of one-by-one delivery or announcement, and delete the personal information we store or anonymized.
How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information?
(1) Sharing
We may share your personal information with third parties in the instances described below.
• Third parties at your request. If you choose to utilize a third-party app or service, we will permit the third party to collect information from your Robot and App. Please note that Neabot does not control the data collection and use practices of these third parties. You should carefully review the third-party privacy policy and other documents before connecting your Robot or the Apps to the third-party service.
• Service providers. Third party vendors, affiliates, and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, solely in order to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, providing e-commerce services, content or service fulfillment, billing, website operation, payment processing and authorization, customer service, fraud prevention, web hosting or providing analytics services.
• Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons
(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any other companies, organizations and individuals, except for the following:
• With the development of the business of Neabot Home App company, we and our affiliates may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or other similar transactions. If the relevant transaction involves the transfer of your personal information, we will require the new company, organization and individual holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will require the company, organization and individual to obtain your authorized consent again.
• Transfer with your explicit consent, that is, after obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information that we have obtained to other parties.
(3) Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following situations:
• Your explicit consent has been obtained.
• To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to disclose you in order to maintain Neabot Home App, affiliates or partners of Neabot Home App, you or other Neabot Home App users or the public, and the interests, property or safety from damage personal information.
• Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
• According to the law, if the personal information that has been de-identified is shared and transferred, and the data recipient cannot recover and re-identify the main body of personal information, it is not an act of external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information. Saving and processing will not need to notify you separately and obtain your consent.
How do we protect your personal information?
• Neabot cares about the security of your information and uses physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to help to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any of your personal information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. If you wish to change your password, or if you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password, please contact us at support@neabot.com
Your choices regarding your information
During your use of the Neabot Home App, you can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:
(1) Access, correct and update personal information.
• You can access, correct and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by clicking on “My Account“ on the App. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to additional rights in relation to your personal information.
(2) Delete your personal information
• When the following happens, you have the right to request Neabot company to delete your personal information:
• Your information has been processed illegally.
• We stop providing services to you.
You can contact us to request the deletion of your personal information, and we will reply within 15 working days. When we delete your personal information from the server, we may not immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system, but will delete this information when the backup is updated.
(3) Disable your personal account
• You can disable your Neabot Home App account at any time. Please note that if you choose to disable your account, it will be unavailable after 7 days and the relevant account information will be deleted.
• When you disable your account, we will stop providing you with the corresponding products (or services), and delete or anonymize your personal information within 7 working days except when laws and regulations require us to save relevant information.
(4) Withdraw your consent or authorization
• You can use the "more-delete device" of the Neabot Home App to realize the unbinding operation. Once you choose to unbundle, your robot vacuum will return to its original state, and all personal information you set before will be withdrawn.
• You can withdraw your consent for the collection and use of your personal information by turning off the device's function. For this product, you can turn off your permission to collect your GPS location information through the settings function of your phone.
• Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see Section 1 of this Privacy Policy). After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of your consent or authorization. It will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to persons under 13, and we do not intentionally collect or maintain information from persons under 13. If you become aware that personal information about a person under 13 has been provided to us, please immediately contact us via support@neabot.com.
The scope of this policy
• This privacy policy only applies to the Neabot Home App. Other products and services of Neabot Home App will use the privacy policy of the related products or services. In particular, this privacy policy does not apply to the following situations:
• Embed Neabot Home App products (or services) into third-party products (or services), and information collected by third-party products (or services).
• Information collected by third-party services, advertisements, or other companies, organizations, or individuals connected to Neabot Home App products (or services).
Updates to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the “Last Revision” date below and will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
